Secure Links and SSL If you select the Secure Link option at logon, you may access this site over a secure connection using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). To access this site over a secure connection, you must use a browser that supports SSL; examples of such browsers include Internet Explorer (version 4 or higher) or Netscape (version 4 or higher). Most browsers support SSL. If yours does not, you will receive an error message when you try to logon using the secure link. SSL manages secure, encrypted communications between you (the user) and our central computer (our server). SSL ensures that any message you send is delivered only to the person you designate. Some users may encounter a slight reduction in speed at logon.
