Security
The security and privacy of information you enter at mycysticfibrosis.com is very important to us. We have taken a number of steps to safeguard your privacy.

Privacy
We will respect your privacy and treat all data that we receive from you as confidential. We will restrict access to your data to the PDHI healthcare personnel responding to your inquiries. In return, you agree to allow the data that you provide to us to be anonymously pooled into a collective database for the purpose of assessing general trends and outcomes. We will protect your privacy by removing all personal identifiers from any data that we pool into a collective database. We will not disclose to third parties any identifying data, including name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number unless 1) you expressly direct PDHI to disclose such information or 2) PDHI is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on PDHI.
